BOOKING IS DONE ONLINE, IN PERSON, OR BY CALLING. IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT PLEASE DO SO WITHIN 48 HOURS OF THE APPOINTMENT. 
PLEASE BE ON TIME FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT. WE OFFER A 10 MINUTES GRACE PERIOD FOR ALL APPOINTMENTS. IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 10 MINUTES LATE YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED AND YOUR PAYMENT WILL BE FOREFITED. NO ACCEPTIONS. 
NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED 100% AND LATE CANCELLATIONS WITHIN LESS THAN 48 HOURS NOTICE WILL BE CHARGED 50%. A NEW BOOKING RETAINER WILL BE REQUIRED TO RESCHEDULE.
